We support two return paths. Use a standard return when an item is not what you expected, and a Farmhouse Friends trade-in return to send a piece back into the circular loop for store credit. The full breakdown lives in our Returns FAQs.
New, unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Hygiene categories noted on the product page are excluded. Approved refunds are issued to the original card or wallet; processing times depend on your bank or issuer after we initiate the refund.
Farmhouse Friends members can return eligible used items within 365 daysfor store credit rather than a card refund. Items should be clean, complete, and reconditionable. Approved trade-ins earn a flat 20% of the item's Members Price. Refurbished items earn no store credit. If inspection declines the item, no credit is issued. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility as described at checkout. Farmhouse Friends member orders include a reusable return envelope when eligible for trade-in returns.
