You are more than welcome to do so. Farmhouse Friendsis here to provide you with an alternative way to manage your little one's ever evolving wardrobe without worrying about what to do with the clothing when they are no longer needed. However, if that's not your style, no worries. We love our products too and wouldn't blame you for wanting to hold on to them.
As the old adage goes, returning the items is “Easy peasy lemony squeezy”. When you're ready to return the items, simply visit your account and request a return label. Place the items in your return mailer and either schedule a pickup or drop them off at the most convenient USPS or UPS location for return. Once your return has been processed by our facility, you will receive 20% store credit on your next order.
Babies can grow at all different paces and we would love to be Farmhouse Friendsforever. So as long as you're an active member, you can return eligible outgrown My Baby Barn purchases for 20% store credit when you're ready for new items (trade-in returns follow our published eligibility and inspection rules).
Return Policy
Although we work to ensure that each and every order goes smoothly, sometimes there's an “oopsie” that needs to be resolved.
So with that in mind, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on eligible new items that are not purchased under our membership trade-in path. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges, but the process is just as easy: return your item, get your refund once we receive it, and place a new order for what you want.
