Refurbished baby clothing is pre-owned or returned inventory that we inspect before resale. Our goal is honest listings and safe, wearable condition — not "like new" unless we say so.
Items are checked for fabric integrity, closures, stains, pilling, and odor. We reject pieces that fail our standards or that we cannot photograph accurately.
Inbound inventory is expected to be clean. We may launder or treat items only where consistent with garment care labels and our internal procedures.
Listings describe notable wear. Colors may vary by screen; when in doubt, contact us before purchasing.
Some refurbished inventory may be restricted to ACCESS members. That restriction will be indicated on the product page.
